The terms governing booking and taking part in Motnfs experiences and trips.
Scope
These terms apply to every booking of a Motnfs experience or trip. Completing a booking confirms you have read and accepted them.
Booking and payment
Listed prices are final, in Saudi Riyals, with no tax added. Short experiences book directly; longer trips begin with an introductory conversation before confirmation. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a booking reference issued.
Cancellation and refunds
Terms vary by experience type and proximity to the operating date, because some arrangements are secured in advance. Terms are set out in writing before payment. [[TO CONFIRM: cancellation schedule and percentages]]
Minimum to operate
Each experience has a minimum number of participants. If it isn't met, we will contact you to arrange a postponement, an alternative or a refund.
Participant responsibilities
To provide accurate information, disclose any health condition or injury affecting participation, follow the facilitation and safety team's instructions, and respect site rules and Leave No Trace principles.
Safety and inherent risk
Some experiences take place in natural environments and carry inherent risks. We take reasonable precautions and operate with a trained team and an evacuation plan, but participation is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.
Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory and not included for trips involving marine activities. We strongly recommend it for all others.
Photography
We may document experiences in photo or video with your consent. You may decline to appear without affecting your participation.
Force majeure
We are not liable where performance is prevented by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or official closures; we will work with you on a postponement or alternative.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
