Who it’s for
- For anyone worn down by rushing between commitments and screens, looking for space to breathe slowly

What happens
- Day one — disconnecting and meeting the cloudsArrival and airport welcome; we leave the noise of the city behind and head for the calm of the mountain resort. A slow, mindful walk among junipers and fog in Raghadan Forest settles body and mind. At sunset, Silent Mirrors in the stillness of nature to clear crowded thoughts, then a warm dinner and a restful night.
- Day two — sensory solitude and opening upA quiet breakfast, then the caves of Shada Al Asfal. We use this raw natural setting as a space for sensory solitude, with a light walk away from the world’s distractions. In the evening, under the cave roof, the deepest moment of the trip: A Letter from a Stranger, a safe space to open up and be supported, followed by a local dinner and the return for the night.
- Day three — grounding and a balanced returnA still morning on the mountain terrace, then the heritage village of Thee Ain, where the sound of the springs helps clear the mind. A heritage lunch and a closing circle to gather what the trip has given us, before saying goodbye and heading to the airport lighter and clearer.
