The four dimensions aren’t a slogan; they’re a working framework we use to choose the route, set the pace and cap the group size. That’s why every one of our trips and camps serves all four.
Mental
For stillness and clarity, away from the noise of notifications. We leave room for silence, reflection and writing, and cut screens on purpose.
Physical
For movement and balance, returning the body to its natural rhythm: walking at the group’s pace, better sleep, movement in nature.
Social
For human connection, breaking isolation through real presence. That’s why our groups are deliberately small.
Environmental
For sustainability, treading lightly on the land that holds us: routes that respect the place, and work with the local community.
From a suggestion to measured impact
The “Which space suits you?” measure only recommends a programme. Impact is measured with a separate test designed for each experience; it starts at registration and is repeated after the programme to see what changed.
